The 4th grade program begins at 7pm in the JSH auditorium on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Students should arrive between 6:30 and 6:45. All students aside from main speaking parts should wear jeans without rips/tears and a solid (no print) red or green shirt (long or short sleeved) OR an ugly Christmas sweater. We are looking forward to another great night of entertainment!

The 5th Graders put on an amazing Show last night! Thanks you to Dawn Peterson, our amazing Music Teacher, for the countless hours you spent preparing for the show. Thank you to the 5th grade teachers and all of our parent that helped our students be successful. Performing on stage can be overwhelming to our students, but once they conquer the fear some of the kids really find their confidence!

We are so thankful for your partnership with us as we serve the Saranac-Clarksville area people. You really made a huge contribution to our need for the Christmas Pantry, and also the pantry located at Saranac Housing Commission. You are making a difference to so many people! If anyone you know has need of food assistance, our Christmas Pantry is open Thursdays, Dec. 2, 9, & 16 from 2-4 pm. Drive-up only, no appointments needed, call 616-642-6322 to sign up for the day you choose. People may use the pantry one time per calendar month. Open again January 6 & 20, 2-4 pm. Mobile Feeding America Food Truck Jan. 27 at 4:30; located at Saranac Community Church, 125 S. Bridge St., Saranac. Last week our GSRP students were learning about the environment and recycling. As part of their learning, they helped clean up the outside of our building, great job kids!

On Saturday the Ionia Shoppers Guide featured art work created by our 2nd Graders. Our students took time to show their gratitude for our Veterans!





Toys for Tots has kicked off its annual toy collection. We have a drop-off box in our front hallway. The toy drive runs through Dec 17th.


Wednesday, November 3rd is Picture retake day! Students must bring their original package in in order to be able get retakes done.

Michelle Behler does an amazing job of being a great friend! She always tries her best!

Betsy Seif is so kind to all! She makes sure all of her classmates have a partner and that they feel they are important and heard in our classroom.
Tenley Pick works hard in class. She is always willing to help others out, even without being asked. She is a great team player
Ila Chesebro works very hard in class and is a leader for her team. She is always willing to help others and shows respect to everyone.
Addison Courtney works hard and does a good job on her assignments. She is always willing to help others. She is very caring.
Maggie Donker works hard and always follows directions! She has added to our school atmosphere with her awesome HEART.
Daniel Victory is courteous to others, ready to listen and eager to get to work. He always brightens up the room with his kind smile.





Our Specials teachers had students participating in team building activities! What a great way to celebrate Homecoming!!





Homecoming day!! We started off our day with our Homecoming Pep Assembly! Please come out and join the celebration tonight. The parade is at 5:30 around downtown. The game starts at 7:00! Come out and support our kids as they play the Bath Bees!
