Students enrolled in dual-enrollment classes through MCC, please be aware that MCC's start date is 8/21. This is one week ahead of Saranac's start date. This includes online and in-person classes. Please contact your professor and/or Mr. Eisen for questions or assistance.


Spirit Club will be meeting this Friday, August 11th at 11:00 AM in the commons area to prepare for fall sports season. We will address themes for home events, the Homecoming Spirit Stick competition, and the first day of school. All high school students are welcome to attend.


Thank you and congratulations to SJSH sophomore, Irelynn Pachulski, who completed her Eagle Scout project in July. Irelynn's project organized, cleaned and renovated the SJSH athletic stadium barn. The barn is used by the band, football and track and field programs. Great job!


BT4S will be giving out backpacks and school supplies on Aug. 3, from 2-4 PM in the Saranac Community Church parking lot.
Tentatively, they also plan to do this again on Aug. 17.

Reminder: Session II of summer school starts tomorrow, Monday, July 31 at 8:00 AM (until 12:00 PM). Any high school student in need of credit recovery should attend. Session II ends Friday, August 18th. Have a great day!

Saranac JSH Health Class is considering updating to the latest textbook. There is no change in curriculum, the consideration is the latest version of the book that currently is being used. The potential update would replace the 1995 version. The textbook is available for review at Saranac Community Schools Central Office until Nov. 30th.
