Good luck to RedHawk wrestlers Gabe Webb and Kole Kruger, who will compete tomorrow at Ford Field in the state wrestling tournament!

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to inform you that the district will be transitioning from Skyward to PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS) beginning in the 2026–27 school year.
PowerSchool will continue to support important family features such as access to student schedules, grades, and attendance. To ensure a smooth transition, staff will be participating in training, and additional resources will be shared with families as we get closer to implementation.
More information, including guidance for parent access and key dates, will be communicated in the coming months. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we work to improve our systems in support of students and families.

This afternoon, JSH administration was made aware of threatening comments made by a student in a classroom. Administration quickly responded, initiating the SCS threat-assessment protocols, involving parents, and contacting law enforcement. It was determined that there was no immediate threat.
SCS will continue to work with outside agencies, follow our handbook policies and protocols and address this matter to ensure students and staff remain safe in our building.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.

A HUGE day for the Saranac JSHS Drama Department! We spent yesterday afternoon with the incomparable Julia Murney!
As our cast begins rehearsals for Between the Lines Jr., who better to learn from than the woman who originated the roles of Grace and Queen Maureen in the original New York production? She also happens to be a Broadway legend who wore the green as the fifth Elphaba in Wicked.
Julia shared the 'hard truths' about the industry, the importance of a locked-in ensemble, and what it really takes to bring these characters to life. We are officially ready to get to work. Huge thanks to Julia Murney for being so generous with her time and wisdom!
