This is a half day (7:40 AM to 10:55 AM).
There is no IC3 that day. All JSH students will attend this half-day at the JSH.
Students will report to the main gym at 7:40 AM.
All students will be provided a RedHawk t-shirt to be worn that day for the activities and a school-wide photo. Students should wear something a t-shirt fits over OR expect to change their shirt that morning.
Students should also wear comfortable shoes. Some of the activities are physical.

Free Backpacks & School Supplies: Free student backpacks loaded with essential school supplies will be available for pickup.
Ice Cream Truck: Stop by the front of the school for a sweet treat! The Lemon Drop Ice Cream Truck will be parked out front, selling delicious ice cream from $1.50 to $3.00.
The jr/sr high school is still seeking parent volunteers to assist Jostens with student photos at Smart Start (August 25, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Volunteers do not have to work the whole time. In the next 24 hours, Parents and/or guardians of students will receive an email containing:
- Your new Access ID and Password.
- Instructions on how to log in to your PowerSchool account
- The District Code needed to set up the mobile app.

Saranac Junior RedHawks Football & Cheer is looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic, detailed oriented, & have a solid knowledge of the game of football to help within the press box for our Sunday 3/4 & 5/6 games and/or Wednesday night 7/8 games. The program is looking for announcer, spotter, scoreboard operator.
Sundays home games typically are 10:15 am arrival, done by 2pm.
Wednesday games are typically 5:15 pm arrival, done by 8 pm.

GET READY TO PLAY!
We are gearing up for an exciting fall season of Saranac Girls Volleyball for all current 5th and 6th graders! Whether your athlete is brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen her skills, we want her on the court.

To make this season a success, we are currently gathering details and filling key roles:
Player Registration Interest: We are building our roster count. If your child is interested in playing this fall, please reach out so we can gauge numbers!
Volunteer Coach Needed: We are actively seeking a dedicated head or assistant coach to help lead and mentor the team this season. No professional experience required—just enthusiasm and a passion for supporting youth sports!
