This month, the National Honor Society celebrated the pillars that they honor. Scholarship, Service, Leadership and Character.
May 1st they honored the individuals that emulated the pillar of scholarship by making the honor roll for 1st semester. These individuals received a donut before school.
April 30th they honored those students that emulate the pillar of leadership. The Student Council and those in the Youth Advisory Council serve and work on our behalf and for this we are grateful.
Earlier this month they honored people that emulate the pillar of service. Our bus drivers received donuts and our custodians, secretaries, counselors, librarian, nurse, and paraprofessionals received a treat. These people work hard to make our school a better place to be.
On April 17th they honored students that emulate the pillar of character. These students were inducted to the National Honor Society on April 21st. The new members are: Reese Assaf, Austin Haller, Gemma Hesche, Olivia Keller, Gabe Webb, Allison Wernet, Preston Winsor and Titus Yonker.
Many Honor Society members worked hard to make all of this happen and copious thank yous are deserved.
