It is that time of year! The annual quilt raffle and sale to support the Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Ionia County.
The program is available to any child birth to age 5 that resides in our school district. A child receives a book a month until the month they turn 5 for a complete home library of 60 books. We are blessed to have this wonderful program in our community. Last year approximately 25,000 books were provided to children in our county. The program is supported completely by community donations. The quilt raffle is one of the biggest fund-raisers for the program. There will be 68 beautiful hand-crafted quilts in the show to view! Raffle tickets are available at the local library or on the day of the show. If you want to purchase a quilt, it is first come first serve on Saturday and there will be approximately 30 quilts of your choice that will be able to be sold. The theme this year is "I SPY", we are also including the remaining Down on the Farm quilts from last year in this event. We hope to see you there.
