Mrs. Laurie O'Boyle's eleventh and twelfth grade English students spent November engaged in National Novel Writing Month. In total, the student combined to write 587, 410 words! 23 of the 74 students achieved their word-count goals.
Four students were added to the historical record board for pieces over 20,000 words in length:
Macin Hartman - 21,315
Natalie Thompson - 25,017
Rocio Lapena-Lopez - 26, 135
Helena Ilg - 33, 146 (the most written by a Saranac student ever)
